Child Guidance Center, Inc. is the largest provider of children’s outpatient and community-based behavioral health services in Northeast Florida. Child Guidance Center is a private nonprofit agency that has been CARF accredited since 1998.
Child Guidance Center is seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to foster a culture of integrity, accountability and performance excellence, one who can inspire optimum achievement of staff, carry out strategic vision, ensure operational ethics and drive fiscal responsibility. Strategic objectives include providing direction and management in all aspects of operational performance, including finance and direct services, contract fulfillment, team functionality, quality assurance, agency advocacy, and compliance at the federal, state and local levels. The President/CEO establishes and directs the integrated management of all functions of the agency consistent with the policies and direction set by the Board of Directors.
Qualifications include a Doctorate in the Human Services field, Public Administration, Business Administration or a related discipline, with at least eight years of progressively responsible experience planning, budgeting, and supervising, preferably within a mental health, social services, or related healthcare system. The successful candidate must demonstrate the highest personal and professional integrity, possess sound judgment, and have excellent interpersonal skills.

Bilingual Licensed Mental Health Clinician

The bilingual individual in this position will provide child and adult mental health and substance abuse treatment. Services include individual, family and group therapy.
Candidate must have a Master’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university in clinical psychology, social work or related and MUST hold a current Florida LCSW or LMHC with a minimum of three years experience providing similar services. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to document in an electronic medical record, or have the willingness and skills to learn new software.
Bilingual Spanish required for this position.

Corporate Compliance and Performance Improvement Manager - New Horizons of the Treasure Coast
New Horizons of the Treasure Coast is a CARF accredited community behavioral health center and is looking for a Corporate Compliance and PI Manager to coordinate and lead the Agency’s Continuous Performance Improvement Corporate Compliance programs. This position will help to ensure continuation of ongoing quality services that meet and exceed compliance with accrediting standards (CARF), other regulatory bodies and the Agency’s strategic goals. The Corporate Compliance Manager also ensures the Agency’s required code of ethics and values are practiced in daily operations. The minimum qualifications for this position is a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration or Human Services field. Co-occurring Clinical Team Leader
Sutton Place Behavioral Health, Inc., located in Yulee Florida, is looking for a Co-Occurring Clinical Team Leader with a Masters degree in the field of counseling, social work, psychology or a related human services field. This indiviual will serve as a liaison between clinical staff and Director of Operations. The position requires three years experience in providing services to persons with mental illness, substance abuse and/or co-occurring disorders. Florida license in a mental health field under Florida Statutes Chapters 458, 459, 490 or 491. Must be an 07 Provider or in process of receiving Medicaid provider status. Must have knowledge and understanding of substance abuse treatment services to include knowledge of 65-E regulations. Must be CAP certified or in process of receiving certification.
